Throughout this term in Year 4 we have been honing our survival skills, in keeping with our survival topic! We were very lucky to recently have been visited by the fantastic team from Experience Archery who introduced the children to the art of archery, correctly holding a bow and of course how to safely fire a bow and arrow. This provoked lots of great discussions about in what survival situation we would require these weapons and what game we could hunt to survive.
