As part of our science-led topic – The Human Body – Year 5 visited the Centre of the Cell to learn about the amazing world of cells, the human body and the latest medical research.

We entered the STEM pod, suspended over the Blizard lab, and thoroughly enjoyed the range of interactive games, quizzes and challenges, including Gene Quest….Asthma Dodge….Tumour Takedown…Poo Racer…the list goes on!
