If 2014 was a Leap Year, how would you spend your extra day and why?
If I had an extra day I would spend the day at home and play a few games on my consoles and computer. I would eat lots of food and snacks. I would ask someone in my family to make me pancakes because I haven’t had them in a long time. After a long day I might read a book before I go to sleep. I would do all of this because it is too cold to play outside and I would be in the warm.
I would go to the jungle and hold an anaconda snake. I would wrestle a panther. I would climb a volcano. I would like to dive down in the ocean with a shark. I would climb onto a very tall building.
I am glad that now it is not a leap year because otherwise my birthday would be further away. I for real would be as sad as a chicken who’s never laid an egg. Maybe if it was a leap year, I could have an extra birthday party for me. I wouldn’t mind too much if it was a leap year. I think that the next leap year is going to be in two years time.
1 I would like to go to the toy shop. 2 Next, I would go swimming. 3 Then I would go to the park. 4 I would read my books. 5 Last, I would play football.
I would go to Disney land. I think I would go to the one in Florida. I would have fun going on all the rides they have.Then I would cool off playing in the water parks. I think that would be a great way to spend an extra day!
I would eat sushi (& tempura) at the Japanese restaurant (down the road) called KAMI.
I would play the cello for my mum & dad.
I would lie around & cuddle my lovely cat Gus.
I would play a Nerf war with my brother Asa.
At the end of the day I would go to Fopp and buy some films with my pocket-money.
I would paint my nails and toes and cuddle my puppy Iris because these are some of my favourite things to do. I would want to go to space and see the moon and stars and stay there all night because I think that would be fun! I would also like to visit Santa in the North Pole and have breakfast in the hotel we stayed in at Christmas in Zanzibar. It would also be nice to visit Ganna and Bompa my grandparents as I always have chocolate cake at their house. And maybe a trip to the zoo to see my favourite animals – giraffes, butterflies, penguins, gorillas and zebras.
I would like to celebrate a party because a leap year is only every 4 years! I could go somewhere special with my friends, like a park. If I went to the park, I would go on the slide and the spider web. Also if it was Saturday, I could watch some TV. Or do some drawing because I like drawing.
On my extra day I went to the zoo. First I met the lions and they talked to me. They said “will you be our friend?” I said “no!!! you will eat me!” I ran home and hid under my bed.
If there was an extra day this February I would take all the money I have saved and get on a aeroplane with mammy and daddy and we would go to Disney Land! Then we would go to our hotel and snuggle in our bed. In the morning we would go on all the rides. Before we get on the plane, we would buy a book each. I would read mummy and daddy their story books!
If 2014 were a leap year and I had a magic extra day I would swim with baby dolphins in the wild in Turkey because it is warm and the sea is sparkling blue. Then I would go to swimming under the sea with a mermaid and ride on the back of the unicorn. I would go to a pearl palace. Do you want to know why I did all these things today? Because it was a leap year and it’s much better than going to school.
I would go to see my cousins – Felix, Solomon, Freya, Darius and Sebastian. Their daddy is called Roly. We would play Minecraft and Temple Run 2. We would go for a picnic and eat cake. Then we would have a sleep over and I would sleep in the top bunk.
1. I would start the day by eating pancakes.
2. I would then play football with my brothers and cousins (I would play for Real Madrid).
3. After that we would go to Legoland.
4. Followed by the cinema. We would see the Lego movie again because it is funny.
5. We would then have a seven o’clock feast before bed.
I would like to go to Sussex and dig up potatoes with Romy and Pop, my grandparents. We would cook them on a fire for lunch. Next I want to go to a different country, maybe in Africa and swim in the ocean. I like hot places. I would need a high speed plane to get there and back in a day.
I would go swimming.
Because I like the waves.
I would go to Archway Pool.
Because I want to practise swimming.
Afterwards I would go for a pizza.
Because it would be a Saturday I would play on the PS3 in the morning. After that I would go out somewhere. A little bit later I would go to the park. Finally I would come back home. I would have my dinner and go to bed.

4 I would go to my friends house and see Deckelo.
5 Then I would have a feast and have popcorn.
I would stay home and play. After I would go swimming. I would then take an airplane and go in Italy to see my cousins. They would come and get me at the airport. It would be the longest day.
1. I would buy an ice cream.
2. I would go to swim.
3. I would go home and hug my mummy and daddy.
4. I would buy some jewels for mum.
5. I would read a book with mummy and daddy.
I would go to the airport. I would fly to Costa Rica and watch tv on the way. When I arrive there I would visit Eva. We would play games and talk. Then I would fly home again.
I would go looking for trainers for my beanie boo toys. They have been begging me for shoes as they don’t have any, and trainers are good shoes for them.
They need trainers to help them to run faster on Sports Day at their nursery, and they need to do lots of exercise to get bigger and stronger. I would find the trainers at Igloo. They would be light blue, light green and light pink.
I would spend the day doing music.
I would go swimming with my amazing DAD!!!!!!!
Then I would play football with my Grandad.
Next I think I would go to Disney Land in Paris.
Then I would do some literacy and reading HOORAY!!!!
If I had a extra day I would spend it doing art and crafts.
I would like to go to the park with my sister and some of my friends,and I would listen to the birds sing outside.
I would spend that day baking cakes.
I would spend the day playing with babies and cooking.
I would go and visit Eva in her new house in Costa Rica because it is nice and sunny there.♥♦❇♥♦❇♥♦❇♥♦❇♥♦❇
I would play on my playstation with my dad and beat him at Fifa 14. I would eat my favourite food chicken and chips and ice-cream. I would phone my cousin Montana and go to the park to play football. After football I would play lego with my sister Kyrah. I feel a bit tired now time for bed.
If February had one extra day I would go to the park and play football with my dad and my little brother. Meanwhile my older sister would ride her bike. My mum would get us ice cream (its so tasty). After that we would go and visit our grandma. We would go down stairs and play Mine Craft with our cousins.
If I had an extra day I would go to the beach and make a sandcastle, it would be fun. Then I would go home and read a story. I would then watch a family movie. I would have my tea, brush my teeth and jump into bed. That would be the end of my extra day.
