Say ahhh, say ooohhhh, look at you, look at you.
Look at me and you will see a fab golden crown.

I’m too tired, call my teacher NOW so she can count for me.
Knight: some silly guy wearing suit and tie, oh the life they lead. Decorate the tower with vines and gold, glittery, shiny, glee.
Finally I’m at the top, looking down on all I’ve got.
Maddy this is so funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Tower of London, I am going there on Monday! I wish I were there now as it is such an interesting place filled with history and facts I can learn.
I already know that William the Conqueror had The Tower built. It has been changed twice, first by Henry 8th and then it was badly damaged by a fire and Queen Victoria re-built it.
We found out that Anne of Boleyn was executed there and is buried in the chapel. She stayed the night in the Tower and was then killed the next day.
The Tower Of London is not the Tower’s official name. The full name of the Tower is actually: Her Majesty’s Royal Palace And Fortress, The Tower Of London.
It was never supposed to be a prison. Originally the Tower was a Royal Palace and defensive fortress, built by William The Conqueror. It was only once it was discovered the Tower was just as good at keeping people in as it was at keeping people out, that the Tower was used as a Prison.
Did you know that the tower was built for Anne Boleyn but she got executed there?
Once there was a Knight in rusty tin armour. He went off to slay a dragon. There was a tower called Dragon Tower where a dragon lived. Everyone stayed away from the tower apart from one, he was the Knight. When the Knight got in the tower, after having to climb through all the battlements, it looked deserted. He looked around searching for the dragon, but it was nowhere to be seen. Then he heard a roaring sound behind him. He spun around and there was the dragon, but the dragon roars were sad and he only wanted a friend.
One of the most interesting things about the Tower of London website was the ghost stories. One in particular was the story of The Grizzly Bear. Many years ago a huge ghostly bear appeared by the Martin Tower. The guard who saw it was so terrified that he died of shock on the spot. Was this ghost for real? Bears and other animals were kept in the Tower over the years. Henry lll was given a polar bear in 1251 as a gift from the king of Norway and in 1811, a bear was given to George lll … so you never know!
In my mind, I have an imaginary place;LORD TOOGOOD’s CASTLE catchy, isn’t it? In this magnificent, tall castle, it has two HUGE towers on either end of a MASSIVE block, my home. Around that are humungous stone walls and a deep, clean moat. Sometimes my guards escort the crocodiles out so I can have a morning swim “turn the moat heating on!” ahhh… lovely.
I’m never mean to my highly paid butlers and maids and will never kill. The towers are for lookout. Everything inside is highly modernised and I even have my own Hamleys store downstairs. Behold the epic castle of Louis!!
I am a prisoner in the Tower of London. I was only a tramp and that half-blooded scum Henry VIII is an evil treacherous fool who thinks that if you do not have the money to buy a hat for sundays or buy a house than you are not suitable to live!?!?!! Well if he does then when I am released, if I am released, I will be in my cage for the 100th time for not wearing a hat on sunday and for the rest of my life I will suffer from the frostbite in my cell forever…
a young boy called Jake was walking through an old forest when he came across a tower. He entered like any young boy would. There were lots of cracked pillars that looked like even the slightest touch would make them collapse, along with the tower. Then Jake saw an old jewellery box that had a small keyhole, with the key next to it. He unlocked the box, and found a clear & cut Diamond. Jake took the diamond, then the whole tower started to collapse. Jake ran out and took a lucky breath. He was safe.
From my bedroom window I see what I consider to be the most iconic tower in London, can you guess what it is? The BT Tower of course! It was originally called the Post Office Tower. The main purpose of the building is as a functional telecommunications centre designed to relay broadcast, internet and telephone information around the world. The circular structure stands 189 metres high. Construction finally started in 1961 after WWII brought proceedings to a halt.
It can sway up to 20cm from the vertical in high winds and can be 23cm shorter in winter compared to summer!
Information about a tower:
• A tower can be made out of bricks.
• You can lock prisoners up in a tower.
• At the Tower of London you can see lots of ravens. They look like crows but are a lot larger and are fed raw meat and blood soaked biscuits every day.
• They say if the ravens go the Kingdom will fall.
• You can have a deep moat around a tower if you want to protect yourself and a portcullis.
• You can find interesting ancient graffiti scratched on the walls in the Tower of London.
Yes I’m the king, I own all this bling!
Oh yeah my golden dressing gown, did I mention my diamond encrusted crown?
You’ll cower if you see my tower, your jaw will drop if you look at my power.
I’m not try to gloat, but have you seen my £100 grand boat?
I’ve got a really big army and they’ll shoot you to bits if you say that I’m barmy.
I got to be the king of England along time ago I killed king Harold in a fight…it was quite a gory sight.
The End
Dear Mum, Dad and Alexandria,
This is the last you will hear from me as tomorrow I shall beheaded. I assure you that I am just as scared as you but the king Henry has taken mercy and has hired the swords man from France so it will be quick. Henry, who I still dearly love, has gone off with Jane Seymour. I wish you were here as it is sooooo lonely up here in the tower. They’re is so much to say but so little time to say it. I will miss you.
With all my love
Anne Boleynxxx

Once upon a time there was a tower called tower of Knicalsi and there was the bearer of the blade who would kill anyone in his path. He had no fear and was ready to take his kingdom down after an accident with the knife of Shacondi. He had climbed over the battlements destroyed the secondary portcullis and finally burst into the king’s room. A ball of fire hurtled across the room and with a scared eye Sucrisher through the blade the king was dead on the ground with half a face still grimacing. Sucrisher got out “bye bye king”.
Once there was a big tower that towered over a little village, the little village was called Atlantic. Atlantic was a great village. It was a village of glamour, it had statues made out of solid gold and the statues where implanted with Rubies. However that was not good enough for them, because they where spoilt with riches. An explorer went to this village study how they lived; the villagers had never seen an English person. There where amazed, they gave him vast amounts of gold and precious stones. With this he went back to England and bought a tower.
Granddad tells us the story of how we came to live in this tower.
Far Far away there were tiny little people who all lived in a gigantic tower, which we had made into our own houses. The large queen used to live in it. It was beautiful, had gold/jewels everywhere. Sadly a volcano exploded, they died out. We lived under ground, so that’s how we survived. All the plants died but the seeds remained and grew giving us a constant food supply. Now our days are a bit more relaxed as we don’t have the large people to irritate.
Once upon a time there was a king who ruled the land.He owed a giant tower. It had a dungeon and it had a fearsome dragon in the dungeon. He hired lots of knights so he could conquer any country he wished. one day a massive army came to invade him and beat his empire . He released the dragon, it defeated the enemy. But unfortunately the dragon ate the king. The knights who were left killed the dragon. One of the knights took the crown. He said kneel before me to the other knights . He conquered more countries .
Towers looming high above me
surrounded with rock, stone and lead
staircases winding up and up never ending always
thinning
prisoners yelling get me out
rich men writing on thick parchment with peacock
feather quills
and down below the duels are beginning
swish, swipe, smack,
galloping horses charging coming closer and closer and wham
blood pouring everywhere shrieks cries and yells
the animals are all bellowing roaring and squawking
“let me out let me out”
flames are creeping closer and closer
screams and yells haunt the air
wood is tumbling
blood is pouring
wood is falling
but nobody hears the rich man’s cries as he falls!
Say ahhh, say ooohhhh, look at you, look at you.
Look at me and you will see a fab golden crown.
