I was the 4th most senior person in The Pentagon. Yesterday was a test to see whether I could become the 3rd most senior person and see whether I’m loyal enough to learn more about ‘Area 51’. I didn’t pass the test. I decided something needed to happen. I was sick of failing, failing and failing. I never succeed. Although I wasn’t high enough in The Pentagon to know much about ‘Area 51’, I knew that it was a place where aliens were stored and I knew its location.
I strolled around the barrier formed to stop people from going in. This was my chance. I leaped over the barrier ignoring the signs of death if you passed. I charged my way through the gates and into the bunker.
The wet ground was covered with bugs squeaking and scuttling. I saw something out of the corner of my eye but didn’t believe it. Then I saw it again. A giant creature crept through the darkness. It couldn’t be… It wouldn’t be… It was impossible. It was an Alien.
The eerie, dark shadows were creeping slowly to a small village. Doom had come, no-one there knew except for one small boy who had his trusty telescope at hand. But the adults of course, did not believe him. “Oh you and your fantasies,” they would say. It would serve them right when they were all destroyed. The trees were turning black but the adults still denied the truth. Not wanting to die, this boy decided to leave the home that he’d lived in all his life, but deep down he still knew this was his last ever year of survival.
Darkness crept over the earth. The Time had come. Armageddon was here. As city’s were levelled by the passing ships overhead, B.E.T.A were working in Bunker 12. B.E.T.A stood for the Burea of Extra Terrestrial Artefacts. They had been looking into the ‘Key to Doomsday’ ever since it was found in the wreckage of a sunken ship. The ship had been taken down by an aircraft at high speeds. A circular craft. Now the same rounded machines fly overhead searching for their ‘Key to Doomsday’. I am Jimi Boswell. I am earths last hope.
Darkness is caused by an object blocking light. This light can come from many different things: the Sun’s rays, fire, a torch or bioluminescence( light caused by organisms). The whole cycle of day and night is caused by shadow which is caused when the Earth blocks out light from one side of the Earth, causing it to be in darkness. We have found ways of making light, for example a light bulb. Most of our light we used is caused by electricity going into a fine filament and heating up to extreme temperatures, some other lights work on a gas.
I was running like there was no tomorrow, I felt like my body was going to burst with fear, doubt and stress. A girl like me should be at home painting my nails but oh no I’m different. My name is Rosa and I ran away when I was twelve. To this very day no-one knows where I am so… DON’T TELL ANYONE. I’m feeling nice today ( should get some medicine for it) so I might consider telling you where I am. ‘The Wood Land Forest’ is my new home. Where I can do anything at all but now I’m running because the creeping darkness made me. It comes every now and again so I must be prepared for… it.
It was a year ago now when the darkness came. It was a horrible disease; it would attack human brains, twisting them to make them do horrible things. The darkness was alive like a monster. The darkness was a monster; it’s one goal to wipe out the human race. I was one of the few people who had a gene called the light inside of me. I found a group of scientists, we started working on a way to make the light and we found it. The only way to kill the darkness is to inject it with the light.
Last night we had to stay in that horrible shelter for years it felt like, it is not big enough for nine children and two adults.
It is dark, damp and cold in that terrifying place.
This war is really bad.
Tonight we have to go to the under ground with every one.
Later…
We have been in here forever. I am tiring to get to sleep but there is a screaming baby right next to me.
Five hours later…
We all went out after a long night wondering what it looked like,
Then I saw it…
The Sun crept behind its mysterious silver shield and darkness swept its dark broom across the planet, raking all hope and turning it to despair. The eclipse had come…
Shadow consumed earth, making the birds roost and wolves howl hungrily. Depression overlooked minds from its towering castle, avoiding the ever excitable children with hidden pity.
Then over, as quick as come, the Sun restored its precious rays, flooding all darkness with a rebellious grin. Depression is banished, yet again, to his lonely room and the Moon continues the usual rotation, its moment of oblivious glory finally passed. The eclipse had come…
It was 2 o’clock when duck heard a knock on the window. It was frog his friend, he said do you want to play on the street with me, rabbit and toad? He said course give me a second, about a minute later duck ran out. It was 6 when duck ran in and started reading his book again. The darkness was creeping in he had to keep moving up and moving up until he just went to bed.

Dear diary

DESTROYED
The Sun crept behind its mysterious silver shield and darkness swept its dark broom across the planet, raking all hope and turning it to despair. The eclipse had come…
