Another wonderful evening of community and togetherness last night at our 10th anniversary of our CBC Night. The event brought together children, families, staff and the wider school community to celebrate - enjoying the music, steel pans, drumming, food, poetry, coffee and dancing. Events like this help children to feel seen, valued and respected, appreciating the diversity that makes our community so special. The evening was a powerful example of our value of belonging and inclusivity in action, showing our shared commitment to creating a school where everyone feels welcomed, celebrated and proud to be themselves. A special thank you to Andrea and the team of parents who brought this event to life!

In addition to these two special whole school events, there’s been plenty going on in, and out, of classes…

Reception cruised along Regents Canal on the good ship Jenny Wren as part of their Pirates topic - many sea shanties were sung!

Year 6 took to the road with Bikeability across the week, learning about road safety and careful cycling. Such valuable life skills.

Year 5 were visited by Camden Road Safety Team to talk about how signage and signals help keep us safe - ask them about the spinning cones!

Year 3 started their series of Forest School workshops on the Heath, learning about seed dispersal and getting busy dispersing!

What an end of the half-term for Year 1 who won the Yard Sale Pizza Party which they enjoyed in class today. Every child will also win a pizza voucher to take home, and they will have a ‘Make Your Own’ workshop before the end of term! Well done for the winning design ‘Parmato’ pizza, chosen by Yard Sale and which will be added to their menu over half term.
