Year 5 started the new half term with a theatrical bang when we visited The Globe theatre today.

We had a tour of the theatre itself and were lucky enough to go on stage (even squeezing in a bit of acting!). We then had a wonderful workshop with a brilliant and inspiring Shakespearean actor called Adam. To round the day off, we visited a Shakespeare exhibition and learnt more about Shakespeare’s life and works.

What a great trip!
