Do you remember seeing Year 4’s trip to the CLC back in Autumn term? If you do, you’ll remember that we composed our own music using Logic Pro X! Now our pieces have come to life, in special performances alongside a string quartet from the Royal Academy of Music.

Compositions from four children were combined into two pieces, which we first heard in class. Students were given the chance to conduct, and closed their eyes to imagine the story of the music.

We then had an even bigger treat when we were invited to see The SEER Quartet perform in a gallery at the Royal Academy, alongside pieces from a range of composers. It was fantastic to hear the music live alongside some more familiar pieces!
