Year 2 headed off to Regents High and had the most amazing day exploring ideas of Science, Teachnology, Engineering, Art and Maths.  The day was built around the importance of imagination; drawing on Einstein’s quote: “Logic will get you from A to B.  Imagination will take you everywhere else”.  From bicycle wheel art, to coding with Microbits, to rolled newspaper engineering, it was a very special and inspiring day.  The children finished off the day with a mass bongo drum ensemble and imrpovise dance.!  Wwatch out for us linking to some of the ideas from this day when we launch our new science block.
