Year 3 visited the Camden Archives today and discovered so many fascinating facts about Victorian Camden!

We explored sources relating to four key areas –

• Eleanor Palmer since the Victorian era
• The Victorian census of 1891
• Charles Dickens
• The Victorian high street

We took our sketch books to draw and note down anything of interest and next week we will be drawing this all together to compare Victorian and present-day Camden. Some people even managed to find out who lived in their house in 1891! Amazing!
