We have been learning about Forces particularly floating and sinking.  Last week we watched raisins in lemonade and found out they bounced!  We learnt that the bubbles attach to raisins as they have a rough surface.  We wanted to explore this further so planned some different tests – do sweets with a rough surface bounce in lemonade?  Do other dried fruits bounce in lemonade?  Do other fizzy drinks also make raisins bounce?
