Year 4 have been incredibly fortunate to have visited Hampstead Heath to learn about orienteering and map reading skills! Having spent the lunch break sun bathing, we sat down to plot our route around the Heath to find a series of hidden questions and clues.

For our journey, all we had was a map, a clip board, a pencil, a compass and a great sense of adventure. The children learned so much about directions, compass skills, map reading and of course… teamwork!
