We started with some double cream, which look ‘milky’ ‘smooth’ and ‘liquid’…we added some marbles to help us mix it up and then we started to shake!
After a little while we checked what has happened, the cream had become ‘thick’ and more ‘yellowish’ but still tasted like cream! so we….shook and shook and shook….we checked it again and now it started to look like ‘ice-cream’ so we…shook and shook and shook until….we made butter! It look a little strange and a ‘little bit like eggs’ but once we had drained off the buttermilk and spread it on a bread roll it tasted great!
