Nursery have been very busy celebrating Diwali.  Before half term, Amit’s mummy kindly came in to make Diwa lamps with the children. Did you light yours over the holiday?

This week we have made Rangoli patterns in the Nursery playground, watched a video about Rama and Sita, decorated Diwali cards for each other and tasted traditional Indian sweets. Tomorrow a special storyteller is coming in to tell us more about Diwali and the story of Rama and Sita. Watch this space!
