We have been feasting on our amazing freshly-baked bread!
After a tense few hours of proving, every batch had risen successfully and we popped them into the oven to bake.
We were surprised that the batch of dough that proved OUTSIDE had in fact risen more than all the others! We thought yeast would be more active in warm temperatures?!
Our Bake Off judges were very impressed – not a soggy bottom in sight!
