Year 1 have been working so hard all half term and our display reflect this!

We have definitely got arty with our beautiful paintings of things we see everyday in our local area. We created thoughtful Indian ink drawings of our local houses. We also worked on scale and lettering on our road names.
In our writing we used our senses to think about how we experience our local area and what we saw, smelt, heard on our walks.

In science we have been looking at seasonal changes and learning about plant parts and how and why leaves change colour!

We love how beautiful all our hard work makes our classroom, we hope you enjoy it too!
