It’s almost the end of another wonderful school year. But what’s been your favourite moment? Proudest achievement? Funniest story of the year?
Let’s get reminiscing about your best bits of Year 3…
Also, what are you looking forward to in Year 4? There are lots of exciting times ahead…
My funniest memory of Year 3 was when Miss Foster got stuck in a sticky plant bush. I am excited for camping in Year 4. My proudest achievement of the year was when I got my first 10/10 in handwriting.
My funny memory in Year 3 was when we made chutney, because we thought no one would get a stain, but we got so messy! Also when we went to the girls bathroom, the room started flooding and everyone’s shoes got wet! It was really funny when we were having a photo outside the Ragged School because most of us at the back (especially Miss Foster!) had lots of sticky plants stuck to us! I’ll miss Miss Foster when she leaves, but I’m still excited for Year 4!
My funny memory this year was going to the Ragged School because I experienced a Victorian punishment and when we went to take a photograph dressed in our ragged dressing, Miss Foster got a sticking plant on her we thought it was cool and we stuck the plant on ourselves, but after a while it became itchy so Belle let me use her cane so I could scratch my self! My second memory was making chutney because I sat on beetroot and got a beetroot bottom! I will miss Y3 and Miss F she has been a great teacher . My last memory was getting a special handwriting pen!
My proudest memory was being chosen to represent EP in the Quad Kids Athletics. I felt that I did really well!
My funniest memory was when Miss Foster got attacked by little sticky plants.
One of my favorite moments was Victorian day.
I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL WE GO CAMPING IN YEAR 4!!!!
My best memory is when we went to the Charles Dickens Musuem. My group went down to the kitchen first, whilst the other group went to have a look at some of the objects that would have been used, and also at people who would have used them.
Another memory I have was when we went to Kew Gardens because we learnt about plants, which is one of my favourite topics. Thank you to Miss Foster, Amy and Linda for helping us create memories like the ones I have written and for being so lovely.
My favourite moment of Year 3 was when we went to the Ragged School and the boys got told off! The funniest moment was when Miss Foster had lots of seeds on her. Then we copied and we were all itchy on the way back. My proudest achievement in Year 3 was when I got my first handwriting pen. I’m looking forward to Year 4, because we go camping.
Dear Miss F,
I will never forget your science lessons – the fake erupting volcanos were my favourite bit and my favourite trip was the fake earthquake room at the Natural History Museum. I really liked learning about the stinky Victorian sewers and getting dressed up and dirty for the Ragged School. I was sad that I missed my gardening turn but glad we got to get all purple and make the chutney for the summer fair. My worst bit of Year 3 was when Tom and I were about to win the 3 legged race and then our rope came untied just before the finish line. I am looking forward a bit to Year 4, mainly the camping trip which Eben says was epic and doing the play. My sister says the Year 4 topics are quite fun too.
I love how you teach us and I’ll never forget you. I hope you can try and visit so we can see you again and I hope you remember me because I’ll remember you LOTS. I’m nearly crying right now.
love Malachy
My favourite memory was when we were taking a photo at the Ragged School and all of the sticky spiky leaves got stuck to Miss Foster and Year 3. I really liked it when we where making chutney and everybody thought that the beetroot had got stuck on everybody’s skin – it was very funny!!! I am going to miss Miss Foster but I wish her good luck in Bristol. I am really looking forward to the camping trip in Year 4.
My favourite moment in Year 3 was visiting the Ragged school. When we came into the school, the teacher was so BOSSY! She made me laugh when she kept bashing her desk with her fist.
My proudest moment was going up 5 reading levels!
What I’m most looking forward to about Year 4 is going camping and canoeing.
My funny memory in Year 3 was when we went to the Ragged School. When we made chutney the beetroot really stained us and we got all messy! My funny memory was the V&A Museum and it was so quiet that everybody wanted to scream!
My favourite moment was the summer concert and I sang with Sophie. The song is called Happy.
I love handwriting! My progress with handwriting is my proudest achievement.
I’m looking forward going to camping in Year 4.
I have had a great start to Eleanor Palmer. My favourite memory was when we made chutney because I enjoyed grating the beetroot and getting messy!
I’m looking forward to using the Science lab and doing lots of experiments next year!
Thank you Miss Foster for welcoming me into Year 3.
My favourite moment of the year was when we did erupting volcanoes in the science lesson, ours erupted the fastest. My proudest achievement was when I got 10 / 10 for my handwriting, as this was my first 10. The funniest story of the year was when Miss Foster got covered in a sticky plant at the Ragged School, this made us all laugh.
I am really looking forward to Year 4 and going camping with Mr G and my class.
Thank you Miss Foster for a great year, I will miss you, Jessica
My favourite Year 3 memory was when we went to the Ragged School and we where in the Victorian classroom and Miss Perkins was so strict that I started crying. Also Miss Perkins taught us about Victorian money and how it was called shillings.
Thank you Miss Foster for a great year in Year 3.
I am looking forward to a great year in year 4 with Mr G.
HAVE A GREAT TIME IN BRISTOL!!!
My favourite memory in Year 3 was when we made chutney because I got to do lots of different things, not just the same thing (but the beetroot stained some people’s hands!).
I have a really funny memory of Year 3 which was when we went to the Natural History Museum and we went on the earthquake
exhibit. The scenery was so weird because we were in a “fake” Japanese supermarket and the floor started to move and I got really freaked out!I am looking forward to Year 4!
