My favourite trip was CLC where we did the Egyptians story. I really liked writing our own version of Jack and the Beanstalk. It was so fun. I do like reading and learning. I have learned lots of things in year 1.
I really liked Kew Gardens. My favourite plant was the Venus Flytrap and the cacti. At Eagle Heights, my favourite thing was the bird show. My favourite thing in class was painting the bugs.
1. Eagle heights. I liked it here because the Golden Eagle nearly flew onto my head.
2. Pond dipping. I liked pond dipping second best because we caught lots of creatures in the water, like snails and leeches. It was great fun.
3. London Zoo- because there were loads of animals, they were all interesting!
4. Golders Hill Park- I like doing skipping here and playing football.
5. Wetlands Centre- I like it when we took photos of the animals.
I liked the trip to Eagle Heights especially when the bus splashed through the river and the water flowed into the bus!
The Bald Eagle flew past my head 8 times and it was really exciting!
I also loved the treetop walk on the Kew Gardens trip and luckily it only wobbled on the gigantic circle bits of the path.
My favourite trip was Eagle Heights and I liked it when the water splashed into the bus on the way there. I liked it when the bird flew over me it felt like the tip of its wing touched my head.
I also liked going to the zoo, my favourite bit was going to the farm area because you got to stroke the goats and there was a tunnel where you could look at baby kangaroos sleeping.
Lastly I liked going to the CLC and typing the Egyptian stories, and choosing the charactures to go in the story.
My favourite trip was to eagle heights because I really liked the bird show, especially when they flew over my head (which was a bit higher than everyone else because I was sitting on Miss Luke’s lap). My favourite bird was the owl, because it has a heart face.
Eagle Heights was my favourite, especially when the man called the bird Butt-head. It was funny when the bird chased after Isaac!
I also liked our trips to London Zoo to see the penguin show, our tour of London in the old-fashioned Red Bus, and the archeological dig for treasure in the River Thames!
Wow – we’ve had lots of great trips trips this year!
I had two favourite trips. The first one was the pond dipping trip. I loved trying to catch the goldfish, they kept swimming away and they are so cute.
The second trip was the zoo. I love animals! I liked seeing the Lemurs, I was very near to one, I almost touched it. I also liked the Zebra and Giraffe.
My favourite trip was Kew Gardens. This is because I saw a giant Bamboo, it was my Birthday and my Mummy brought cake. I also liked the banana tree and the 3D glasses. I liked going upstairs.
