In the dark misty forest the only you could hear were footstep. A man suddenly appeared holding tightly to his chest most beautiful crown that ever been made. The crown was well hidden for its mysterious powers along side the fascinating blood red nibble and grass green emeralds that covered crown generously. The man breathed heavily as he used his thick silver coloured sword to separate the vines blocking his way ” I have to get away ” he whispered to him self.” the guards are coming ” ‘ stomp stomp stomp ‘ you might as well reveal yourself terror the stealer!
RISING FROM THE DEAD – SCENE ONE
EXT-track Camera through a misty graveyard and focus on a newly buried grave. Lighting flashes. The screen swirls and goes blurry.
SCENE TWO
As the Camara re-focuses, we see a huge, deathly pale creature… As we look closer, we see this animal is a human, he looks at us, smiles a wicked smile and disappear into raindrops…
SCENE THREE
As the night goes on, the ghost whistles past and through buildings. The Camera stops moving with the ghost and we see a full moon, night slowly turning to day… the ghost notices this, whizzes back to the grave where he dissolves.
Sam Jones had always dreamed of becoming a weather girl. She had endured taunts, teases and bullies at school. As an adult she’d had to ignore sneers and rude remarks.
Tonight was her chance to prove she had the talent to be a weather forecaster.
She put on her ridiculously high heels and tottered onto the set. The cameraman guestured the countdown and they were…LIVE!
She smiled, “Today will be misty and wet -arrghhhhhhhhh!”
Sam had fallen over in her heels, putting a hole in Essex as she tumbled to the floor. Huge tears fell down her face like raindrops.
In the dark, misty, graveyard behind the huge church a little boy named Jake listened to the heavy raindrops falling on the cracked gravestones. Suddenly, Jake heard someone laughing wickedly. “I’ve been expecting you,” said the voice.
“Who are you?” shouted Jake.
“Why do you care?” snarled the voice. Jake felt alone. If he had parents he would care more. But he didn’t. Jake’s parents died in an earthquake. Jake was going to meet his uncle, but this man sounded NOTHING like his uncle. At that moment he heard a voice calling: “Jake I’m here.” Jake smiled. He was safe.
Once there was a huge giant who cried. He made rain come down on the earth. The people on earth were used to rain and didn’t notice that this water was salty. One man was thirsty, he put out his tongue and a big raindrop fell on it. He swallowed it and spat. The rain water was salty. He looked up and could see far through the misty sky, a huge giant crying. He collected some of the raindrops in an old coke bottle. He smiled because he was the only one who knew about the teardrops in the bottle.
As I was walking back from school the raindrops splashed in the huge puddles. I was the only one in the school who went back this way. It was light and misty, but as you stepped into the deep forest everything changes, the mist drops to a thick cloud. I had walked about a quarter into the forest I heard a scream, but I knew that scream my walk turned into a run I couldn’t quite recognise who’s scream that was, definitely knew it, actually I know who it was I smiled slyly and walked away not looking back once.
Jack was walking home from school and every day dreamed of not walking through the spidery tangle of huge trees cloaked in the mist like ghostly stooped figures. Bushes, thorns and gnarled limbs stretched out to grab him. His heart abandoned his chest to pound in his throat. Raindrops fell from the withered branches from last nights downpour. Finally as he crossed the spooky forest he saw his family’s house. Sun blazed from a vivid blue sky as wispy clouds drifted across it. Blazing carpets of bluebells and trees bursting with symphony of birds. Jack smiled as he was proud.
Once upon a time there was a huge giant who lived on top of the tallest mountain in Africa. One day, a massive rain storm hit the valley, the giant had suspected the storm as there was a misty fog earlier that morning. The giant smiled as the raindrops watered his crops. It was the first time it had rained in years. The giant sang, “hey ho the rain has come, the rain has come the rain has come, hey ho the rain has come, the rain has come at last”. The giant danced and sang all through the night.
There was a little girl who liked reading. She didn’t have parents. She lived right by the city. One day she read a book and whoosh!!! She was in a forest and she was tiny. Then flowers opened !!! Next a giant came and picked me up…and I ended up in a huge ,misty, smelly place. Raindrops landed on me. I shouted HELP! On the other side there was a huge dog. He was drooling and asleep. She heard a voice calling, it sounds like mum and dad! A raindrop dropped on her! Suddenly they appeared out of nowhere.
There was a huge overgrown and unkempt graveyard in Kent. It always had a misty atmosphere even when the weather was sunny and hot. I never understood why. When I last visited the graveyard to show my respect to my Grandpa, a shower of gentle raindrops, like little fingers on your cheeks, fell down on the long grass wetting his gravestone lightly. I smiled to myself, remembering how we always used to watch “Tom and Jerry” together when I was three. I loved my Grandpa, he was daft and funny and he made me happy. I made him happy too.
When we went to France a huge storm hit overhead and raindrops fell like mad. It was so heavy that rain came through the roof and then all of us stopped sleeping because it was so loud. Then lightning struck, it was sheet lightning and this lit up the dark sky. Then all of a sudden it stopped and we all smiled it was finally over, at last we could go back to bed. When I woke up in the morning it was misty as always, but there was a freshness in the air and a dew on the ground.
It’s huge.
It’s tall, gigantic, enormous.
It’s as big as a GIANT, as tall as a Giraffe, and it watches over you like it’s your parent.
When it’s misty,
When it’s foggy and cloudy,
When it’s spooky and creepy
It comes from the forest where raindrops fall from the sky.
Do you believe in Bigfoot?
Yes it’s huge.
It’s tall and gigantic and enormous.
It’s as big as a GIANT and as tall as a Giraffe and when it’s misty,
When it’s foggy and cloudy and spooky and creepy,
It came from the forest,
The forest where dark shadows smiled.
It was a misty afternoon and huge raindrops dripped down off the gutter and onto the window sill. Dan sat day-dreaming in class and didn’t see Mr Gunnel approaching him. With a smile on his pale face he lifted his cane and SMACK! Onto Dan’s hunched back, tears rolled down Dan’s cheeks. When Dan got home the searing pain had got much worse by the hour, but still kept the incident secret. As Dan got into the bath the water quickly turned blood red Dan had expected it to be bad but not that bad…
In a misty town there was a castle. In the castle their lived a giant. He had kidnapped families to be his slaves. They had to do everything for him, the people were really miserable. One rainy day the raindrops fell on the roof echoing around the huge castle, and the giant fell asleep giving the people a chance to escape. The giant had a pet bird to stop them from getting away. The people overpowered the bird and used it to help them fly down back to their village. The villagers smiled when they got down.
Once there was a village called Carcosa. It had huge lakes and trees but they were drying up and dying. A boy called Jerry lived on a farm. He loved to run in the poppy fields. Every time he saw a red flower he smiled. However he hadn’t seen one for a long time because it hadn’t rained for 6 years..A storm was brewing, it got very misty., the mist covered everywhere. Thunder and lightening bellowed and then raindrops began to fall and all the plants and animals got water. Jerry was able to run through the red poppy fields.
Joe scrambled through the dark, dangerous graveyard trying to escape the snarling beasts. They were catching up. Joe dashed behind a gravestone… just then an arm shot up! Then Joe leaped up and dashed off as many more shot up and suddenly Joe stumbled over. There was hand clutching his leg. The beasts were coming. Joe yanked and yanked and… snap the hand broke off. Joe ran and ran and a beast jumped on him. It was the evil lord! ‘’Imprison him’’! Huge raindrops poured out of the misty sky as the figure in the hood smiled a disturbing smile.
In the deep dark woods there was a little boy (a very brave boy) who was on an adventure to find the buried treasure. It began to rain. Some tinny raindrops fell on his head.He then heard a growl! Suddenly a huge grizzly bear appeared out of the misty fog.The boy ran, the bear chased him and quickly the boy climbed up a tall thick tree.He smiled to himself with joy that he was smart enough to escape the bear.He waited until the bear was fast asleep before he continued his search for buried treasure.
Once there were four sisters and they were called Huge, Misty, Raindrops and Smiled. Each of them had a different job: Huge looked after every big thing. Misty kept the mist moving. Raindrops controlled the rain. And smiled made everyone happy. All of their jobs were incredibly important and because of that they never met up. They longed to see each other but somehow it never happened. Every night they would pray that one day they would meet. One day they woke up and went outside and saw happy children building huge snowmen. On this misty, rainy day they were reunited!!!!!!!
Vita stepped outside. It was raining. She had to find the missing crown .Then she remembered the jewellery shop. She had seen the woman put the crown in the window. It had said on the label “replica with real jewels”. She smiled and started off at a run. The shop was deserted, it was misty inside and huge raindrops fell from the ceiling. She made her way over to the window display but just as she reached for it a loud alarm went off. She jumped up onto one of the beams on the ceiling as the woman came in.
In the misty, foggy woods, there lived an angry wolf. But it wasn’t any old wolf; he was leader of his pack. The dirty, horrible sky started to have huge raindrops coming down. Once the wolf woke up, he smiled to his pack in a creepy way. Then he heard massive gunshot in the air. All the wolves hid behind a tree except one group member. He could smell the humans from where he was standing. He quickly, but quietly went to look closer. Then there was a louder gunshot. He turned to see the leader of his pack dead.

The news report
“This is the news report.”
“In the huge Blue Mountains in Australia they have found a new species of possum. This possum is the smallest recorded so far.”
“Ackinaki Tunkayaka from Japan has smiled non-stop for 10 years. He says the hardest thing is smiling when he feels sad.”
“No raindrops, or snow has fallen in Antarctica for 5 million years. Last time it rained was when Antarctica was warm. It is the driest dessert.”
“And now for the weather report, it is going to be misty in Ireland. In London it will be sunny and warm. Snowy in Scotland.”
Great approach Arnold!
