A DT project focussed on turning 2D materials into 3D – thinking about form and attaching methods. A collaborative idea imagined by all, to help the many poorly insects the children find in the playground.

Y2 – your final additions of detail through the air-dough elements are totally gorgeous!!! Such a great job done by all.

Maybe you can recreate your model in natural elements over the summer and place outside and see if any insects can find a safe space in there? Sorry we ran out of time to do this part in school!
