Today we were lucky enough to learn all about Leo’s grandfather, Godfrey. Leo shared the fascinating story of how the sculpture of Godfrey saved the family’s life when their house was bombed during the Second World War.

Leo’s grandpa had a sculpture of himself and a bomb landed on his house and went through the roof. At the back is a dent of the bomb and lucky for Godfrey the bomb didn’t explode otherwise Leo probly WOULDENT BE ALIVE! I’m just happy he is!
