Yesterday, we were lucky enough to go and visit the Wildflower Restaurant in Camden to learn all about the riches of foraging for food, how to eat and live sustainably and how to combine the two to make some delicious food! As part of our survival topic it is important to learn about the abundance of ingredients that can be found growing in the wild and how they can be prepared appropriately to make a substantial meal if and when it is necessary. We tasted some incredible wild garlic pasta and learned all about other herbs and vegetables that can be found growing nearby.
