The snowflakes fell in silence on the road. It was Christmas Eve, and Joe was walking down the sidewalk to get to his house before dinner started. His mum would go ballistic if he didn’t get home on time. As he reached his house, he noticed a dark alley he had never seen before. Joe was intrigued by this mysterious passage. What’s in it? Joe asked himself as he walked in. Every step he took was like swallowing a big gulp of fright. The alleyway was getting darker as he stepped in. Then, he saw a figure.
The snowflakes fell in silence as I opened my glued together eyes. The shawl that was on top of me smelled of ma. The TV had still been on. The words on the TV read: “FRIENDS S9: E23”. I wondered where my ma was and started looking around our house; she was nowhere to be seen. There was a slow and hushed voice, so quiet that it almost seemed inaudible: “help…closer, closer…” it sounded like ma but in another world. “is that you ma?” I called out. That was when I made the mistake of going to see who it was…
The snowflakes fell in silence, twisting and twirling around,
Just then wonder struck me, I tried to hear a sound,
Like a cloud of glistening crystals flying in the wind,
Lovely, intense patterns together they were pinned,
Hundreds coming down in their own unique way,
Could it even last at least just one more day,
Winter is falling,
While Summer is calling,
Hot weather to come,
No more being numb,
From white and grey to greens and blues,
Summer is rising, that’s good news,
Birds will return to make their new nests,
And I can complete this 100 word test
When George awoke he stumbled to his feet and tripped over his toys and clothes just to get to the glass window to see if the snow had fallen. It was Christmas Day and George was so thrilled and excited that at only 6 am he was pulling on his jacket in a hurry and swallowing his toast at great speed. When he got outside, his smile turned to a frown. The snow was blood red. He could not make a snowman with red snow. But then he saw it. A dear was lying dead in the cold white snow.
He’s known as the human snowman,
He stands by the lakes,
He stares ahead, sheer deadpan,
and every day he waits.
But only while the snow is falling,
not any other time.
Somehow I hear his heart calling,
for that which could be mine.
I watch him from my window,
and wonder what he sees
as he stares into the shadow,
as his hair moves in the breeze.
I start to romanticize
that him I’ll get to know
and then I find I fantasize
of joining him in the snow
Finally I can bear no more
to watch, BYE BYE
Snowflake piercing through vicious winds, one man falls, a snowflake falls from the blood moon waiting for more. Running desperately, just escaped from living in squalor and disease.
Shadows were appearing out of no where, he hears footsteps sending waves of heat in the bright red atmosphere. Left, no. Right, no. Straight he goes. Stepping in festering piles of flesh and blood. Leaping backwards into the trees no where to be seen, he could finally see the dreaded face of his father. *What have you turned into?* he thinks. Knife raised above him. Snowflake piercing through icy winds. Who next?
I saw the snowflakes fall, I was looking out of the window the different shapes and sizes so carefully created. It is Christmas Eve and it is time to get prepared for the visits ahead. I went into the fridge and took out a mince pie and drink for Santa and a carrot for the reindeer and a special apple which was ruby red for Rudolph to match his nose. I went up to bed and got in bed feeling so excited for tomorrow . I closed my eyes and let sleep take over me. I could not wait.

“Hahaha,” it rumbled…
