It’s almost the end of another wonderful school year. But what’s been your favourite moment? Proudest achievement? Funniest story of the year?
Let’s get reminiscing about your best bits of Year 5…
Also, what are you looking forward to in Year 6? There are lots of exciting times ahead…
My best part of year 5 was the play! Because at first I was nerve wrecked but in the end it turned out to be the best thing ever!! I would have done it again if I could! 🙂
One of my best memories would have to be Sayers Croft, we did so many fun things (rope course) and it will always be an amazing memory. Another great memory would have to be getting second place in the X Factor with Lily and Kyrah and singing in the Summer Concert with Honor. My favourite trip would be the Zoo, I loved being around animals and my group made a funny penguin story (001). I have so many inside jokes with all my friends, gluenicorn, Sean tap that board!
My favourite moment was on our trip to Sayers Croft because I felt like our class all come together and had SOOOOOOOOO much fun. I am full of anticipation for our Wick Court adventure in Year 6 because Sayers Croft was so enjoyable and people say that Wick Court is better then Sayers Croft I am so excited for it.
I loved Sayers Croft so much because it brought Year 5 together and I got to know my classmates better. My funniest story was when Sean and I played (bad) assassins in the Year 5 production. When we were singing the assassin song, Sean and I had each other’s backs and that is what I think is so beautiful about Year 5, everyone is constantly looking out for each other. I am really excited to learn about WW2 because I’m very interested in history. I have loved being in Year 5 so much, I’m going to miss you, Miss Foster!
This year has been wonderful! There has been so many great moments and I have loved it! My proudest achievement would be…hmmmm, running the 400m in Athletics and realising, after just crossing the finshing line, that I had come first (in my heat anyway, overall I came second!)
My favourite moment in Yr 5 has been when, at Sayors Croft, I managed to get to the to of the climbing wall using only yellow grips, the hardest route, I had a big smile going from ear to ear when I had finished.
I don’t think I have a funniest moment, every day something always happens that makes me smile or laugh out loud, there have been so many things that have cracked me up over the school year, that I can’t recall all of them.
The things I am most looking forward to in Yr 6 are…meeting Miss Thomson, having new topics to learn about and of course, (I think everyone is looking forward to this) Wick Court!
I am sure that I have answered differently to how I might have answered when getting asked similar questions, but hey, it’s Yr 5, of course there’s are so many different things you could say when answering these questions, I’ve just said a few of them!
This year I have enjoyed every bit of Year 5. I LOVED Macbeth and being the witches with Bela and Bibi because I really love drama. I am really proud of when me and Bela did the Summer Concert together because I got to show everyone what I could do with one of my best friends. I have loved all our trips! I have loved Year 5 and everyone who I got to enjoy it with 🙂
There are so many great things that we have done this year, and it is so hard to choose what has been my favourite. I loved Sayers Croft…we did so many fun activities, caving using a map and compass etc…I liked caving the most. Macbeth was so fun and ended up being in the newspaper! I was very happy with the part I got as King Duncan. Overall I think the play was a success! I found the trip to the DNA lab was really good, it was interesting with all the different chemicals we used. Overall I think Year 5 has been a fabulous year!
In Year 5 I really enjoyed Sayers Croft because we all came together as a class. I also loved the activities, especially Rock Climbing. (I got to the top!!) 🙂
I was really proud of being Lady Macbeth because I loved the character and the part, but also the rehearsals and obviously the actual play! I am really looking forward to Year 6 because we’re having buddies and going to Wick Court!
I don’t have one favourite Y5 memory, but one of my favourite times was when we did the play at the night time showing. I also really really really enjoyed Sayers Croft! I liked the independence of just being by yourself and your class (also a few adults to keep us in check!)
I have loved Year 5 and my favourite topic was the Tudors because I did crime and punishment as my topic project stand at the end of the term open day and although it was gruesome, it was SSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO fun! My favourite memory was in Sayers Croft when we did the blindfold challenge and I was partnered with Honor and we kept on SCREAMING!!!
I’m really looking forward to Year 6 because I’m really looking forward to learning about Judaism and making up our own play!
My fave best bits were when we made an amazing production of Macbeth and we the human body project…it was brilliant! I am going to miss everything about Year 5 and most of all I am going to miss, Miss Foster. She was the best teacher you could ever ask for, she helped us improve things and she was great support so thank you Miss Foster for everything!!!!
Oh man Sayers Croft was funny! But my best bit was the last night of Sayers Croft when we had the disco. Oh and I remember when I got up at 9 o’clock, but we were supposed to get up at 8.30! I have also really enjoyed the topic on the human body it was really interesting, thanks a lot Miss Foster for helping me.
I can’t decide what my favourite moment is! I really liked the trip to the Centre of the Cell because it was a really engaging experience, but the activity where we took out our own DNA was also super fun! I loved how it was a surprisingly complicated process! I am really looking forward to going to the Royal Courts of Justice, because I really want to act the scenes out, and Wick Court, because it sounds like a whole lot of fun! All in all, I’m really looking forward to Year six, but I’m sad because I have to leave Year five behind :'(.
My favourite time in Year 5 was winning the X-factor. I felt awesome! My favourite trip was the DNA trip, where we got to do some really cool stuff, like extracting our DNA. I am really looking forward to Year 6, but I will miss Year 5.
My favourite moment about Year 5 was going to Sayers Croft and doing Camden Athletics!
My favorite part of Year 5 was probably when we went to Sayers Croft and we did caving and there was a rock that you had to go under in the ball pit, you had to jump into the ball pit from a high rock and it was soooooo fun!!!
